ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT KIND OF
DRIVING LICENCE DO I NEED? To drive a quad ATV, a class B car driving licence is sufficient. The minimum age is 21 years. A motorcycle driving licence is not required. WHAT IS A QUAD
AND HOW DOES IT WORK? A so-called Quad ATV is definitely not a car or motorcycle. It is an independent vehicle that also has a completely independent driving behavior that must be constantly actively controlled and thus requires the full concentration of the driver. Normally it is no problem even as an inexperienced driver to steer a quad safely, for this we instruct our guests extensively before the tour in the subject of technology, driving operation and safety when driving in detail. In addition, each driver must prove in a driving test the safe handling when cornering and braking maneuvers. Of course, our experienced guides are always on hand with advice and support. HOW IT IS DONE? As already mentioned, a quad is literally not fish and not meat, regardless, first attempts to drive it feel a bit awkward, but what is the reason for this? Starting with the seating position, the thumb throttle and the correct posture on the machine, many things play an important role. We from the Quad Adventure Team instruct our guests very thoroughly before the start of the ride. Of course, our groups are also actively supported by our guides during the tour. DO I HAVE TO
BRING ANYTHING WITH ME? At Quad Corfu Adventure the topic of safety always comes first, we recommend that you always wear clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy shoes. Flip-flops, bathing shoes or other footwear that does not offer a firm, secure hold or protection is definitely not suitable. From us you get a motorcycle helmet. RAIN, THUNDERSTORM AND SO Unfortunately we cannot provide the weather for your desired date. We do not cancel tours if it is raining or possibly cool. As everybody knows there is no bad weather but only wrong clothes ;-) .Tours will only be cancelled if there are strong storms like thunderstorms with local lightning, hail, thunderstorms or continuous heavy rain. Should the weather really endanger safety, tours will be postponed to another date. Should the weather go crazy for a short time during the tour, there is of course the possibility of shelter. MASS EXIT & GROUP SIZE We do not believe in so-called mass exits. The trips we offer in groups of max. 6 machines (12 persons) guarantee you maximum fun and a unique experience in a small, manageable group. Larger groups are always divided by us with a time delay. In addition, one guide per group is always available as an active tour companion. We would like to offer you an unforgettable day in a breathtaking region, which offers you routes worth seeing with viewpoints. WHAT MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN
ON TOUR DAY! The day of the tour has now come, so in times of stress and hectic, some things can get lost. Therefore, please check the following things before you set off on your tour. Tour-Ticket (if reserved) Driving licence / original identification papers with you? Wallet with you? Adapted clothes, shoes? Other urgently needed items such as glasses, medication, etc. with you?
